Summary: We were particularly disappointed. The hotel advertises itself as a 5-star property, but in reality it isn’t one. You have to walk across to a spa center that belongs to another hotel, which is always crowded. That’s not ideal when you want to relax, so there’s no pool or spa right on the hotel grounds.
